Problem Gambling

             Problem Gambling is when betting becomes severe in your life. It’s also known as Compulsive Gambling. People in your family starts to suffer because of your loss of money by not being able to provide. By not being able to provide has many factors including debt. Utility bills become overdue this can led to borrowing money from other people. This leads to arguments by the person borrowing money and not paying back.
Symptoms of Gambling Includes:                                                                                      
  1.  Losing interest in other things
     2. Talking about, thinking about, or planning to gamble and not doing other activities

    3. Lying about gambling habits

4. Gambling alone or gambling more often

5. Getting into arguments about gambling

6. Going without basic needs in order to gamble

7. Needing to gamble more and more money in order to get the desired effect

    8. Experiencing health problems related to gambling like lethargy, headaches, anxiety, and depression.

     9. Having financial problems are caused by gambling.    

           People often gamble because they have problems at home. Gambling may cause people to forget about the problems they go through. Most people use Gambling as a stress reliever. Gambling problem include anxiety, depression and stress-related problems such as poor sleep, ulcers, bowel problems, headaches and muscle pain.
Gambling can be treated by calling the gambling hotline at 1-888-989-5843. The most common     medication for gambling is an anti- anxiety and antidepressant medicines. Problem gambling in Louisiana ranked 15th out of 50 states. Problem Gambling affects everyone including family members. Gambling is something that’s real and many people suffer from it.
